CarHubApp is an integrated digital platform that centralizes automotive services, enabling providers to offer diverse solutions in one ecosystem. Launched in January 2022, it progressed from concept to a fully functional non-technical prototype within six months, supporting extensive testing and user feedback. Since its 2023 release, the mobile app has gained over 10,000 users in under six months.

The Vision
During the discovery phase, we identified a clear trend: many regional and global platforms successfully support the full vehicle lifecycle—from purchase and maintenance to resale. This helped us understand market strengths and uncover opportunities for improvement.
We saw that car ownership could be simpler and more enjoyable. To achieve this, we viewed the journey as two-sided: drivers and the service providers who keep vehicles running. By connecting both through one seamless platform, we aimed to deliver value to car owners while helping local service businesses grow.
The process
Our journey began with a simple question: how can we make car ownership effortless in a region where the experience is fragmented? To find answers, we studied automotive markets in Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the UK to understand what worked, what didn’t, and where opportunities lay.
We moved quickly—turning sketches into wireframes and prototypes, and continuously testing with users across the region. Their feedback revealed what truly mattered and which gaps needed to be filled.
With these insights, we created an app tailored to regional needs, supporting both car owners and service providers. To strengthen engagement, we added a loyalty system with meaningful rewards, transforming routine maintenance into a more enjoyable experience.

The Result
After six months of focused iteration and collaboration, we aligned on a clear direction and refined the MVP through multiple design cycles. Throughout development, we worked closely with engineering to ensure quality and consistency.
As launch approached, the pressure was high—but the results were immediate. The marketing campaign drove over 5,000 downloads in the first two months, nearly doubling by month six.
Today, CarHub is one of Saudi Arabia’s most successful automotive apps—a testament to the team’s dedication and the vision behind the product, with significant potential still ahead.
